- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am not a member of this bank but I am glad I am not. The teller supervisor was visibly annoyed that the transaction was not a straightforward one. If he had been thinking about the Bank's customer that I was trying to help who was over the phone he, the bank employee could have just picked up the phone and call the customer but this was probably beneath him. Sun Prairie location, between 3pm and 330 pm. 6/15/17 @ 941 am. Had to return to this bank because a vendor I work with has his CK account here. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I cant believe for an FDIC member bank, they will charge money to break higher denominations if you are not a customer. I tried to get this branch to break a $100 bill and the lady with glasses around 3:00 pm said I would have to pay a fee to break the $100 up. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRANCH!!!
